I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a background in Psychology and more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, newcomers, refugees, children, youth, and adults through emotional challenges, trauma, stress, life transitions and more.. My work focuses on providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive counselling tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. I use practical, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, psychoeducation, emotion-regulation skills, and other strengths-based supports.
